De vacature
- Actively follow-up the roadmap and evolution of the Data Analytics solutions and especially SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP Datawarehouse Cloud
- Support the development of local solution offerings in the field of Data Analytics
- Conduct discussions with customers to understand the challenges and opportunities
- Express recommendations to the client convincingly and with solid reasoning based on previous experience, on SAP good practices and on DXC position papers
- Act as a lead consultant during the implementation project. Define the roles and responsibilities within your team
- Write and review the project deliverables with professionalism considering the clients’ needs, the context and the nature of the contacts being addresses
- Take responsibility for a work package and organizing the team’s work and commit to the expected results in terms of quality, deadlines and cost
- Become familiar with and understand the client’s business sector and/or function as well as the customers’ competitive environment and transformational issues
- Act as an senior consultant in your field for the client and as such develop a relationship of trust with their contacts/management
- Assist less senior consultants, help peers when they are facing challenges and lead training sessions in your area of expertise (Knowledge Sharing Sessions)
- Carry out/participate in drawing up business proposals
Functie eisen
- A Bachelor/Master degree with strong affinity to (Business) engineering, economics and/or IT
- You have at least 5 years of recognized experience in Data Analytics in a SAP environment.
- Knowing how to organize a moderately complex project in your field of expertise, determine its deliverables, monitor quality and ensure deadlines are met and how to lead a (small) group of consultants
- Demonstrating relational intelligence to collect information that is difficult to obtain
- Understanding the client’s organizational and decision-making logic with an eye for business development opportunities
- Guiding less senior consultants in different areas
- Enthusiastic about sharing your experiences with peers, informally or formally, and integrate them into offer development work and/or using them to propose ideas for new opportunities
- Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English, French is a bonus
