We are looking for a backend developer to join our team. In essence, we want you to rock your role and be part of a dynamic team developing kick-ass solutions used by hundreds of thousands today and millions tomorrow. You like to solve real problems; keep things simple; take pride in your work; are detail-oriented; manage and organise your time independently; like to work autonomously and be a team player.
Functie eisen
- Java and Spring have no secrets for you
- REST API Development
- Good communication skills and love to have a direct communication line with the business
- Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms, and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions that you can tell us about
- Being Hands-on and taking responsibility and pride in your work
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools: GIT
- Familiar with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- English and/or Dutch.

You’ll be implementing new features and improving performance. While you are implementing these features, you will challenge the product team to improve their flows and sync with the Front-End Engineers to keep the software development cycle running smoothly. When problems arise, you are quick to tackle them and will undoubtedly notify your teammates to adapt our plan and keep planning forward as a team.
